UJWEL

Dear Esteemed Readers, Women Leaders and Contributors,

As we begin 2026, I am honored to reflect on the momentum we built together last year and to share our vision for the year ahead at the Universal Journal of 21st Century Women’s Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Technology, and Publishing (UJWEL).

Reflecting on 2025: A Year of Recognition and Storytelling
In 2025, UJWEL had the privilege of celebrating and honoring women leaders through our awards initiatives, spotlighting excellence, innovation, and impact across industries and communities. We also amplified powerful stories—academic, professional, and personal—that highlighted the lived experiences, insights, and leadership journeys of women around the world. These voices formed the heart of our platform and reinforced the importance of visibility, recognition, and connection.

Continuing the Journey in 2026
This year, we continue that journey with renewed purpose. UJWEL remains committed to engaging women through meaningful storytelling, rigorous academic endeavors, applied research, and thoughtful commentary that bridges scholarship and practice. Our focus is on deepening dialogue, fostering connection, and creating space for ideas that inspire progress and collective learning.

Expanding Our Editorial Vision
We are also proud to continue strengthening our Editorial Board, whose expertise spans global leadership, digital innovation, organizational development, and mental wellness. Their guidance ensures that UJWEL remains inclusive, interdisciplinary, and responsive to the evolving landscape of women’s leadership.

Spotlight on Our Ongoing Work
Our publications continue to explore critical topics at the intersection of leadership, health, and technology, including women’s health and wellness, cybersecurity and ethical innovation, mental health and resilience, organizational strategy, and interviews with women shaping change across sectors.

We Invite Your Voice
As always, we welcome new submissions that share original research, applied insights, and visionary thinking. Whether your work centers on entrepreneurship, technology, health, education, public policy, or community impact, UJWEL is a platform for your voice, your work, and your leadership.

Together, let us continue building a journal that reflects the full spectrum of women’s leadership—rooted in wellness, strengthened by innovation, and guided by purpose.

With partnership and gratitude.
