In 2025, UJWEL had the privilege of celebrating and honoring women leaders through our awards initiatives, spotlighting excellence, innovation, and impact across industries and communities. We also amplified powerful stories—academic, professional, and personal—that highlighted the lived experiences, insights, and leadership journeys of women around the world. These voices formed the heart of our platform and reinforced the importance of visibility, recognition, and connection.

Continuing the Journey in 2026
This year, we continue that journey with renewed purpose. UJWEL remains committed to engaging women through meaningful storytelling, rigorous academic endeavors, applied research, and thoughtful commentary that bridges scholarship and practice.
