Ángela Quiñones Terán is a Transformational and Leadership Coach with a proven track record of combining expertise in education and coaching to spearhead impactful change across both corporate and educational sectors. With 25+ years’ experience as a teacher, mentor, trainer, consultant and more than 7 years dedicated to coaching and leadership development, Ángela is a catalyst for positive transformation and the driving force behind The Education Hall. As the Founder and Director of The Education Hall Ltd, Ángela is at the forefront of leading transformative change by providing CPD courses, cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and knowledge to cultivate a dynamic leadership and wellbeing culture within organisations. Her initiatives elevate performance across corporate and education sectors, whilst aligning seamlessly with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agendas. Throughout her earlier career, Angela held impactful teaching positions at renowned institutions, including roles as an English Coordinator, Internal Auditor, and Mentor. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to education, organisational development, and fostering growth across various pathways. In the corporate world she worked with Pearson LatAm as coordinator of Special Programs for the Public Sector and for DK- Penguin Random House she worked for over 5 years as Publishing and Licensing Manager for Latin American market. With academic studies that include an MBA in Educational Leadership, Master in Applied Positive Psychology, EMCC Professional Coach, ICF member and a background in Psychology, Ángela’s multifaceted approach is further enriched by her ongoing pursuit of excellence. Her recent completion of the Yale University Managing Emotions course and the Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Programme supports to her ongoing commitment to harness personal and professional growth.
