Biography
Nichica F. Melton, M.Ed., is the wife of Rodney Melton, and together they have six children. She earned a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University.
Nichica is a four-time published author. Her book Breaking Free: My Purpose Is Waiting on Me! takes readers on a personal journey of self-discovery and offers insight and inspiration for those seeking to break free from limitations and pursue their purpose.
She is also a co-author in the anthology Love, Lead, and Let Go!, which shares real-life experiences of women serving in ministry. Her most recent book, Cut the BS! 7 Simple Strategies To Unlock Higher Productivity, provides tools for becoming both productive and happy while reducing the stress and overwhelm that busyness can bring.
Nichica is actively involved in ministry alongside her husband at The Leadership Center in High Point, North Carolina, where he serves as senior pastor. Together, they guide and support their congregation in their spiritual journeys.
