Heather LaFond is a mindset and empowerment coach for high-performing female entrepreneurs who are ready to release what has been holding them back, embody confidence, reach their potential, and become the CEO of their own lives.
She realized her passion for guiding women toward the highest version of themselves after overcoming alcohol addiction, challenges with emotional eating, and losing 100 pounds.
Heather has guided others on their health and fitness journeys for 13 years through modalities including personal training, nutrition coaching, energy healing, hypnotherapy, NLP, and Time Line Therapy.
She believes that many traditional approaches to getting healthy focus too heavily on external appearance and do not address the root cause of the problem. As a result, many people spend too much time working hard without creating lasting progress toward their wellness goals.
