Sandeep Amar Guppta — A Human Potential Strategist, Global Speaker, and Creator of the S.H.E. Framework. With over 40 years of experience guiding leaders, professionals, and organizations, Sandeep brings a rare blend of wisdom, strategy, and presence. He is best known for his groundbreaking work in human excellence, leadership presence, and sustainable success — work that connects the inner world of purpose with the outer world of strategy. At the heart of his work lies The S.H.E. Framework — a transformative system that integrates Spiritual Dynamics, Human Potential, and Economic Strategies to help leaders and businesses build futures; where, spirituality and profitability flourish together. He has spoken on prestigious global platforms including Oxford University, The Science of Consciousness Conference, and ISUD, and has partnered with corporates, leadership forums, and associations across the world to help them break growth barriers and thrive holistically. Sandeep is known for making the complex simple, and for inspiring action that is not just smart — but also deeply human. A Chartered Accountant with a postgraduate degree in Theology, and certified in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Design Thinking, Appreciative Inquiry, and more, Sandeep’s work is a confluence of head, heart, and higher purpose. He has taught Strategic Management at BITS Pilani, Theology at DEI, and authored a NeuroLeadership course for Ubbiquo Business School, USA.
