My career path, spanning 27 years, uniquely integrates consulting, teaching, and pastoral ministry. Leadership, personal growth, and organizational development are the cornerstones of my career, making me a highly sought-after mentor, advisor, coach, and educator.

I've helped organizations strengthen their structure, strategy, and leadership through consulting. I use my expertise in corporate training, executive coaching, and strategic planning to drive sustainable growth for businesses and individuals. Because of my background in organizational behavior, I can effectively address challenges and foster a more productive and collaborative work environment.
