Davida Shensky is a life and career coach, disability rights advocate, and entrepreneurship mentor with over 30 years of experience helping individuals overcome adversity, unlock their potential, and create lives of purpose and independence.
Born with a disability during a time when legal protections for equal access didn’t exist, Davida has lived a life shaped by both challenge and resilience. She grew up fighting for educational opportunities, dignity, and inclusion—at a time when people with disabilities were often excluded from schools, jobs, and even their own futures.
Unable to find gainful employment due to discrimination—not a lack of skill—Davida took matters into her own hands and became an entrepreneur. She launched her first coaching and training business to teach others what she had to learn for herself: how to turn rejection into motivation, how to rebuild self-worth, and how to succeed on your own terms.
