Dr. Sheila R. Trapp is a distinguished and dynamic leader whose life’s work centers on building bridges—between generations, disciplines, and communities. With over three decades of experience, she brings a wealth of wisdom and authenticity to every role she inhabits: trainer, educator, writer, daughter, wife, mother, sister, auntie, and most recently, grandmother—a role she cherishes deeply. Her grandchildren fuel her passion for legacy, inspiring her unwavering commitment to cultivating the next wave of transformative leaders.

At the heart of Dr. Trapp’s leadership philosophy is a holistic, spiritually intelligent approach that empowers individuals and organizations to lead with purpose, resilience, and integrity. Her academic credentials include a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership, as well as master’s degrees in organizational management and theology. She is also a Certified Public Manager and a sought-after international speaker and advisor to senior leaders.

Dr. Trapp’s groundbreaking research on spiritual intelligence and public servant leadership has enriched global discourse, influencing both academic and professional spheres. Her writing and teaching continue to shape the future of leadership with a focus on authenticity, service, and intentionality.

In addition to her personal and professional endeavors, Dr. Trapp is the author of 12 published books and leads S. Renae Consultant Group, providing book consulting, editing, and publishing services.
