Biography

Dr. Williams is the Academic Program Coordinator for the Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP Program at WALDEN University. Dr. Lakesha Williams completed her DNP from South University in Savannah Ga, USA. Lakesha received her Nurse Practitioner degree from University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL, USA. She also works in Internal Medicine at Southwell Healthcare Systems. She is currently being published in the Diabetes & Obesity International Journal. She is also an Associate Editor for the Nursing & Healthcare International Journal. Dr. Lakesha is a certified NCLEX item writer for boards.
