Dr. Donna McHaney is the Director of the Post Masters Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) online programs for Sacred Heart University. She is a board certified FNP who has a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Computer Scientist with a Master of Science in Information Systems Management. Over the past 37 years, Dr. McHaney has worked in many areas related to software engineering and nursing. Working in academia for the past 27 years, she has been involved in simulation and innovative teaching methods. Dr. McHaney is owner and founder of EDGE, Ltd, which specializes in empowering dynamic growth through education.

Lakesha received her Nurse Practitioner degree from University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL, USA. She also works in Internal Medicine at Southwell Healthcare Systems. She is currently being published in the Diabetes & Obesity International Journal. She is also an Associate Editor for the Nursing & Healthcare International Journal. Dr. Lakesha is a certified NCLEX item writer for boards.

Dr. Sana Abdul Kareem AI Mahmoud, Assistant Professor-Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University- College of Nursing. Dr. Sana had finished her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Services Management at the University in Birmingham in 2007. She earned (MSc) in Health Management, Planning and Policy at Nuffield Institute for Health at Leeds University, UK. Dr. Sana always stresses on and addresses the importance of having high quality nursing and health professions who are able to care for the patients in a high-quality and professional standard, they have to have safe practice, being ethical, critical thinking, have good communication and leadership skills in addition to the skills, knowledge and attitude learned academically. believe in putting patient care first while empowering and motivating staff members to reach their best potential. She took many clinical and academic administrative position such as Director of nursing services, chief of the quality management, vice dean for academic and student affairs, Dean of Mohammed Almana College for Medical Sciences and ended up as a "Dean of Almoosa College of Health Sciences" both Dean positions appointed by the Minster of Education.
