Heather Powers is a recognized organizational leadership expert and passionate working mother advocate. She is a speaker, author and certified coach obsessed with connecting working moms and the leaders who need them. Raised by a working mother, Heather achieved executive leadership positions leading teams as she became a mother. Her 27+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives and resolving operational challenges at KPMG and Booz Allen refined her ability to deliver creative, high quality, cost-effective solutions that drive business growth. In this talent scarce environment, Heather now collaborates with leaders of organizations large and small, non- and for-profit to align the invaluable skills that mothers contribute with exceeding revenue goals. Heather is the mother of two teens and resides in Washington, DC with her family and a Bernese Mountain Dog named “Oreo”.
