Responsibilities of Authors:

Authors must ensure that their work is original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism. All authors should have significantly contributed to the research and must disclose any conflicts of interest. Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is strictly prohibited.


Responsibilities of Reviewers:

Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations. They must maintain confidentiality of manuscripts and disclose any potential conflicts of interest. Reviewers should not use unpublished material for personal advantage.


Responsibilities of Editors:

Editors are responsible for making fair and unbiased decisions based on the manuscript’s academic merit. They ensure a transparent peer-review process, maintain confidentiality, and avoid conflicts of interest. Editorial decisions are independent of commercial or external influences.


Ethical Oversight:

UJWEL does not tolerate unethical practices such as data fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or improper authorship. In cases of suspected misconduct, the journal will follow appropriate procedures, which may include investigation, correction, or retraction of published work.


Corrections and Retractions:

When necessary, the journal will publish corrections, clarifications, or retractions to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record.
