The Universal Journal of 21st Century Women’s Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Technology & Publishing (UJWEL) is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and originality.

All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using appropriate detection tools. Authors are expected to submit *original, unpublished work* that is not under consideration elsewhere. Proper acknowledgment of sources through accurate citation is mandatory.


UJWEL defines plagiarism to include, but not limited to:

Direct copying of text, ideas, images, or data without proper attribution
Self-plagiarism (reuse of one’s own previously published work without disclosure)
araphrasing substantial portions of another work without credit Submission of work generated or manipulated to misrepresent originality
If plagiarism is detected at any stage:
Before publication: the manuscript will be rejected
After publication: the article may be retracted, and a notice will be issued
The journal reserves the right to inform the authors’ affiliated institutions in cases of serious ethical violations. Authors may be barred from future submissions to the journal.
