Nichica F. Melton, M.Ed. is the wife of Rodney Melton, and together they have six amazing children. She is an accomplished individual, having graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She further pursued her education and obtained a Master's degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University. In addition to her academic achievements, Nichica is also a four time published author.
