A global advocate with 15+ years of leadership, Habida, Founder and CEO of AWELO, bridges cultures and fosters education. A Certificate in Global Diplomacy and a bachelor’s in applied mathematics and Chemistry underscores her expertise. Achieving impactful philanthropy, she secured full student scholarships for three Chadian citizens, sending one to Kenya and two to India. Her organization aided Sudanese refugees in East Chad, supporting six families with essentials. As an International Education Consultant, she excels in admissions, translation, and scholarships. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Habida is known for adaptability and crosscultural understanding, showcasing a commitment to positive change. Back ground focused on impacting underserved communities. With a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a two-year degree in Physics and Chemistry from the University of N’Djamena, Chad, she blends academic excellence with hands-on experience. Her professional journey includes language instruction at the US Embassy in N’Djamena and volunteering as a middle school teacher. Habiba founded awelo.org, aiming to establish container schools across Chad and provide practical education, language training, and personal development. Supported by a dedicated team, her vision encompasses empowering women and children, advocating for education, and spreading knowledge in neighbouring villages. Though funding is limited, Habiba’s commitment to education and humanitarian work drives her to make a lasting impact on Chad’s educational landscape.
