Biography

Dr. Claudia B.-Walter is an influential voice for community advocacy and development in the State of Maryland, the metropolitan area, and internationally. She is a graduate of Calvary Theological Seminary and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education and Counseling. She has obtained her Doctoral in Humanities from Christian Theological Seminary an affiliate of Onabisi Onabanjo University Ogun, Nigeria She serves as the Pastor (Senior Servant) and Community Leader of The Power Alliance Christians Group Ministries, INC. (PAX), and its affiliatebranches. This season has brought her ministry of service, companies, and its affiliate branches to practical evangelism by way of establishing Community Outreach Development Programs to serve local communities, regions, and districts by way of intrinsic community programs and community partnerships. As a social entrepreneur, pastoral counselor, and consultant she aids in developing intrinsic programs to deliver a holistic approach to education and community. Her voice of advocacy and community development has provided humanitarian aides and various resources to meet needs of food insecurity, mental health, amongst other social and personal needs of the individuals she and her team serves. They’re mission to create and by product of community resiliency and sustainability for the children and families they serve. Vocation and Career She serves in several leadership capacities of the affiliate branches of PAX and as President of Resources Un-Limited (R.U.L.). RUL is a company dedicated to customized Premier Business and Consultation Services for businesses, ministries, grass-root organizations, and individual clients. Her company provides customized services tailored to “Bridge the Gap between the client and the RESOURCES needed.” Her company’s services provide community and housing advocacy, professional team development, and capacity training to aide in the development of programmatic solutions to underline social needs in identified communities, regions, and countries. She aides them to learn and implement strategic solutions, professional development trainings, and systemic tools to aide in capturing program outcomes, record data, and aide in expansion and growth. She believes each organization is a living organism, and at its core must be an intrinsic team of leaders carrying out its mission. As the face of The Faith Based Collaborative Outreach Group (FBCOGThe Collaborative), the outreach branch of PAX, Dr. B.-Walter serves as the Chairman and CEO. Along with the company’s Executive Team and Support Team, she leads a team of dynamic leaders serving alongside them to oversee the daily operations of all programs located in partner schools. These partnerships aide schools to become service hubs to deliver “A Holistic Approach to Education & Community” by providing intrinsic programs to address the underlying social needs of the communities, addressing the effects of food insecurity, and aiding them in becoming access points for families to receive support services. Along with her team she ensures that all programs are structured to address the identified needs to provide supportive aides to address the health and well-being of those it serves. The goal is to provide supportable and sustainable services, provide access to nutritious food items, and aide those served in their daily living, personal, professional, and educational goals. The Mission is to “To empower one family at a time through a Holistic Approach to Education and Community.” Dr. Claudia B.-Walter is a certified Temperament and Christian counselor. She serves as the managing partner of Son Rise Christian Counseling Agency & Institute, LLP. In this role she utilizes the skills she has gained to aide many in their personal and professional development, and aide them holistically along their healing journeys to provide holistic mental health tools and supports. This “Global Enterprise” comprised of holistic branches serves all of mankind fostering a mindset of “Transformation through Unity” which in-turn breeds sustainable outcomes for all it serves. She believes community partnerships promote a cohesiveness of service to Reach- Touch-&-Teach those the corporation serves.
