Biography
Sheila L. Hall is a Functional Medicine Health Coach, Nervous System Wellness Educator, speaker, and author specializing in stress physiology, cognitive wellness, nervous-system restoration, and women’s mental wellness awareness.
She is the creator of The Fog Factor™, Pause Isn’t Weakness™, and The Root to Response Model™ — educational frameworks designed to help individuals and organizations better understand the relationship between stress, cognitive overload, nervous-system communication, and sustainable performance.
With a background in microbiology, functional wellness education, and restorative wellness practices, Sheila is passionate about translating complex biological concepts into relatable, empowering conversations that support resilience, clarity, restoration, and long-term well-being.
She is also the author of NotNVagus: Decoding the Nervous System Signals of Menopause and creator of the short educational film NotNVagus Bureau™ (NNVB), which uses cinematic storytelling to explore nervous-system communication and mental wellness awareness.
